How to Measure

To measure CHEST *A*, pass the tape measure just under the armpits at the height of the pectoral muscles. The tape should remain loose.

Your WAIST *B* measurement should be taken at the narrowest part of your torso.

The *C* SEAT measurement should be taken precisely at the height of the garment’s *F* TOTAL LENGTH

SLEEVE LENGTH *D* should be measured from where a T-shirt sleeve typically begins, down to the wrist, with the tape measure passing behind the elbow.

The SHOULDER measurement *E* should be taken horizontally from one shoulder point to the other across the back.
If you have a well-fitting t-shirt or shirt, you can use it as a guide. The shoulder seams on the back of the t-shirt or shirt should align with the points of your shoulders.

Measuring the TOTAL LENGTH *F* is useful for determining jacket length. Take the measurement, with the tape measure parallel to the back, from the base of the neck to below the buttocks.
